Titles are guaranteed to be clear. Full vet/dental exams are encouraged. Misleading a buyer may amount to fraud and such is not a part of our ethical practice.
RVF, LLC reserves the right to refuse to place a horse in a home that is felt not to be suitable for horse or owner. In fairness to the buyer, as well as the horse, every effort is made to match the compatibility of horse and rider.
Prices and availability of horses for sale are subject to change without notice.
A 10% deposit will hold a horse off the market for 10 days. This deposit is non-refundable unless the horse fails to pass a veterinary health exam. The prepurchase exam is to be completed within ten days of signing a prepurchase agreement unless other arrangements are made.
Sale prices do not include any applicable Washington sales tax.
No horse will be taken off the market without a deposit.
NSF checks will assess a $25 fee.
Terms for payment may be considered on an individual basis with 7% interest rate.
