After breeding Andalusian and Lusitano horses for over 20 years, we have scaled down to a more manageable sized number of horses as well as to a breed of horse that is more tractable - the Gypsy.
horses raised in pasture

However, our love for the Andalusian, with their huge athletic abilities and willing minds, has not been lost. Crossing these breeds, as well as inclusion of the Friesian, has become a passion: to produce beauty, with intelligence, and athletic ability that is superior to either individual breeds. Studies prove that the larger gene pool produces animals with enhanced hyper-vigor.

The horses are kept in excellent health care to better produce healthy foals. This includes balanced nutrition and a regular deworming and vaccination program. Bone and ligaments have the most potential for growth and strength with the freedom of exercize the foals have on pastures, they are not raised confined in stalls or paddocks. Daily turnouts are provided.

FRIENDLY ATTITUDES COME FROM DAILY HUMAN CONTACT

In a vision during the night, I saw a rider on a bay horse standing among the myrtle trees in a hollow; and behind him were other horses, black, dappled, and white. 'My Lord, what are all these horsese for?' I asked, and the angel who talked with me answered, 'I will show you.' Then the rider among the myrtle trees explained,

"They are the ones the Lord has sent to range through the world with you."
Zechariah 1:8-10
